General Disclaimers Regarding City Bids:The bids shall be opened and read publicly, and then referred to City Council for action at a regular Council meeting. The City reserves the right to reject any and all, waive irregularities in bids, and accept any bids which, in the opinion of the City Council, may be most advantageous to the City of Alpena.

If you plan to return a bid, in order to ensure that you receive all contract documents and addendums, it is recommended that you request to be added to the bidder's list. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the contract documents.
