Cool Cities Projects

As part of its local Cool Cities initiative, the City of Alpena is undertaking a number of different Cool Cities projects.

These projects take advantage of the guiding principals of the Cool Cities initiative in order to build a more vibrant, energetic Alpena that will attract more jobs, people, and opportunities to our community.
